Julita left the restaurant business long ago in order to have hours appropriate for raising beautiful daughters. But there is also this: Catering is the more intimate thing, where the solution is weighted toward and tailored to the individual, rather than toward the artistic expression of a chef. Yes! It is still an artistic act, one of creativity and problem solving and expression.
