Julita has been cooking for others since, well, she doesn't know since when. Since forever. When don't we make food for others? It is the thing, the thing we do for others.

But sometimes we can't do it ourselves, and need some help to offer the repast we wish to offer, to celebrate, to honor, to console, to mark events and time passing, and, our very favorite reason, to underscore the excellence of others. 

Julita left the restaurant business long ago in order to have hours appropriate for raising beautiful daughters. But there is also this: Catering is the more intimate thing, where the solution is weighted toward and tailored to the individual, rather than toward the artistic expression of a chef. Yes! It is still an artistic act, one of creativity and problem solving and expression. But catering emphasizes the client and their particular goals and ideas, and allows for always new solutions, new creations, new adventures in food. That's where Julita Catering lives.
